Founded in 2010, Ana Cravinho, Inês Cordovil and Sofia Pinto Basto have been working together since 2000. They collaborated with architects Alberto de Sousa Oliveira and Manuel Aires Mateus, laying a foundation for a shared language.

In 2007 they created SIA Arquitectura.

Their ongoing projects range from single-family homes to residential buildings, public buildings, small-scale interventions, commercial and scenic designs. They established their professional practice in rehabilitation, focusing on the uniqueness of each circumstance. From this research, they retain the idea that small interventions amplify and transform reality.

The work they produce represents a collective thinking, in collaboration with other architects, with whom they have had a close relationship since their foundation. The project emerges from this collaboration, not as an average but as an amplification.
