The www.circodeideias.pt website is the property of Circo de Ideias – Associação Cultural, VAT: PT 508 573 106, fiscal address and headquartered at Rua da Boavista, 330, 4050‐102 Porto, Portugal. Circo de Ideias is an architecture publisher, bookshop and gallery based in Porto, at Bairro da Bouça. Founded in 2008, as a nonprofit cultural organization, Circo de Ideias is commited to promote the dissemination and study of architecture. Neither the website nor any portion there may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Circo de Ideias.

Privacy and Legal

For Circo de Ideias it is very important the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. The address www.circodeideias.pt is a secure and encrypted site, with a guarantee of data protection, also guaranteeing the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. This site collects few personal data (name, e-mail, address and telephone number (optional) in order to provide you with a better service and will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Access to this information is restricted, and is used only for communication with the customer, processing and sending of their orders, with the guarantee that they will not under any circumstances be transmitted to third parties. We occasionally email newsletters to the addresses of people who have subscribed to our site. If you do not want to continue receiving our news, just send us an email requesting the subscription cancellation (circodeideias@gmail.com). All subscribers have the right to rectify and cancel their data.

Orders, cancellations, exchanges and returns

You can cancel your order before it is shipped, at no additional cost, if you simply express your wish by email to: circodeideias@gmail.com. You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item from Circo de Ideias, provided that you have not broken the seal on the packaging. Please note that Circo de Ideias cannot accept goods that are returned in a condition different from that in which they were dispatched to you. You may choose to exchange the product or refund the value you paid, excluding shipping costs, and get a refund within a maximum period of 30 days, made whenever possible by the same payment method. If it is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer. After contact Circo de Ideias (circodeideias@gmail.com / +351 223 251 113), and after receiving all the return procedure steps, we recommend for your protection that you return any items via recorded delivery to the following address: Circo de Ideias / Rua da Boavista 330, 4050-102 Porto, Portugal / Open hours: tuesday-friday 10:00-13:00, 14:30-19:00 / saturday 14:30-19:00. Orders are shipped immediately after payment received. We dispatch daily by priority or registered, with tracking number, via CTT or Express Mail. Prices of all products are shown in EURO, and includes Portuguese VAT tax.
