Building Views

The book «Building Views» was presented at Jofebar showroom in a first debate which focused on Richard Neutra architecture and his contribution for the horizontal sliding window.

The conversation between his two sons, – the architect Dion Neutra and the doctor Raymond Richard Neutra –  and Eduardo Souto de Moura, who´s work incorporated much of Richard Neutra legacy and from the californian modern architecture, using the horizontal sliding window predominantly. Souto de Moura was also one of the first architects to use the minimal sliding window system making its use regular practice. Jorge Figueira, architecture critic and the book editor Carlos Machado e Moura joined this conversation.
