Neighbourhood. Where Álvaro meets Aldo

The book «Neighbourhood. Where Álvaro meets Aldo» was presented at Circo de Ideias with the presence of Nuno Grande, curator of the exhibition and author of the book with Roberto Cremascoli, Mirko Zardini, CCA director, and Fernando Cardoso, resident and also a protagonist of Bouça – Housing Complex.

«Neighbourhood. Where Álvaro meets Aldo» unveils the curatorial process for the Portuguese pavilion, Biennale di Venezia 2016, and includes images of Siza’s recent visits to the four social housing neighborhoods, plus a presentation of the changes triggered by immigration, ghettoization, gentrification and touristification.
